Staff were helpful and honest. I hadn't noticed that I had left my handbag in the restaurant after dining but one of the young waitresses returned it to me later. My husband gave her a well deserved generous tip.

The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with a lot of delicious options. I enjoyed the good sized room, and the nice view over the garden. the location was easy and incredibly comfortable for walking around Looky Land Amusement Park. We were travelling from Spain to UK & this is a stopover that we have made before- the only thing that was good was the linen was clean & bed fairly comfy ! Everything else has deteriorated badly since we stayed in May 2010 . Oh - Dogs allowed is another good point.

The restaurant was open until 10pm , but was being cleared by 9.20pm around us while we ate our main course . The food had to be returned (though to be fair the Pasta was good but very small portion like a starter & expensive ! ) , The room was dirty & falling apart - parts of the flooring in the bathroom were missing , the bath panel had been "pushed in" ,the bath was very chipped, shower had pieces missing from it leaving sharp edges , the desk area had veneer stripped, the doors were dirty , the paintwork dirty & badly chipped.- signs of damp in room . If we had not been so tired on arrival after a long drive , we would have sought a different hotel . There is another Campanille nearer Futurescope

Restaurant took ordrs until 10pm for Food - great for travellers like us ariving late - gave us time to refresh & then eat - Staff welcoming & the beds very comfy . Good for dogs as field to stretch legs at rear of Hotel . Did have one English speaking news channel

The triple room isn't really big enough - its a pull out bed that slides out from under the doublebed , leaving no floor room . You are unable to open /close the bathroom door as a result ! Need to request a hairdryer - which there was no notice about , & was toolate by time I showered & realised there was no hairdryer in the room

A clean place to lay your head and the hotel was in a convenient place

The air conditioning didn't work, not enough staff in restaurant. When we walked in for breakfast we found all the tables covered with dirty plates etc. which we had to clear ourselves, none of the food had been replenished and we had to wait half an hour before anymore was brought out, not a staff member in sight.

Welcoming and friendly staff who were full of positive energy 😊.
